Comfy, ordered a Large, the top was a large the bottom seemed bigger maybe xl had to roll the top portion of the pants. Downfall is the elastic on the pants get twisted and the string got lost inside the seem.

I bought these as part of a “chemo basket” I made for my step mom who recently was diagnoses with ovarian cancer. She LOVED them so much she asked for the link to buy more.
