Memory foam cushions until around 3-4 hours of walking
These insoles are excellent for regular commuting, but not for warehouse work or long hour shifts where you have to work considerably per day. This is because the memory foam will keep a completely flat shape after 3-4 hours (obviously), but if you let it rest for 20-30 minutes, it will become very cushiony again. I don’t use these for work anymore but these are so great for just regular commuting or going to the store. Excellent value as well. The thickness isn’t that bad either, probably twice as big as the hard insole in your shoe, but usually fits fine with some room to breath enough.

Cutting kills it for me.
They are very cushy. However having size 6 women’s foot these are enormous. My foot doesn’t really fit well as the wide of my foot is barely above the straight part at the bottom. Then when you cut the top to fit your shoe you can only use it for closed toed shoes because the foam is yellow and blue and you can see it obviously. I understand maybe you can make one for every size but a one size fits a 5 women’s to 12 men’s is just useless.

Horrible design
While they may be comfy to step on, the width of the insole was super thin so only half my heel would rest on top of it inside my shoe. Secondly, because of this, with every step, it kept synching out from under my heel to the side of my foot twisting inside my shoe. I only used them for two days before I threw them away and went back to my other Dr. Scholl’s insoles. I wear regular shoes, not wide shoes. These were a waste of money.

Had a callus on sole of one foot. Definitely relieved pain until callus was removed.

No sliding in dress shoes
5 stars for not sliding around in my dress shoes, and are super comfy. However they do slide a bit in my sneakers, which is a bummer. Easy to cut.
