Bought for compression, and that’s what it does.
I’m a 38D, and bought an XL. I wear an alternative fashion with pieces that run small in the bust, and was looking for something that could take an inch or so off my bust measurement without being as uncomfortable as a binder. This does just that. It takes my overall circumference from 42 inches to about 39 while smoothing everything down. There is absolutely no padding or support of any kind, so I only recommend it for compression purposes.

True to size!
Thought I would be fine with a small but they fit true to size. They definitely hold me in, almost to the point of being uncomfortable. With that said, I think they’re Good quality. I’ll keep the smalls as back up and order a bigger size

I got this for chest compression as a binder alternative and it definitely does compress well, but the band size was way too small. I got a 2x because it said it would fit 46C and it definitely does not fit a 46 band. Also, it gave me really noticeable back rolls on my shoulder blades and hurt a little where it was pressing into my shoulder blade. The fabric is really soft tho

MINIMIZES CHEST SIZE- SIZE DETAILS LISTED
I am a cis woman, that being said I hate the size of my boobs which are approximately double Ds. I have been looking for a bra that can minimize the appearance of them as much as possible. This is the best thing I have found so far aside from binders, which I am not really interested in wearing because I feel they would be too restricting and potentially cause damage if I were to wear them daily/long term. This bra is something I can wear daily with no issues, and it does reduce my chest size significantly. It definitely does not make my chest flat, but it probably reduces the appearance by at least 2 cup sizes, which I am happy with. As far as the sizing- My bust size is 35 inches, band size 29 inches. I ordered a small to get maximum compression. I do normally order smalls in sports bras because I like to feel very secure. I think the people saying that it’s far too tight missed the fact that this is a compression bra. It compresses. There is going to be some light pressure applied. This bra is a little challenging to get into, however once on, it fits perfectly imo. If you are less interested in the compression then sure you could size up 1. But it is meant to be a compression bra. It is pretty comfortable, and the straps don’t dig into my shoulders which is nice. Overall I love this bra so far and will be ordering more in the future.Update months later: I still love this bra. It has held up well through many washes. 10/10

Support for firm or no breasts, uniboob
Secure support and comfortable. I am an older woman and lost significant weight, bra provides less movement but appears as uniboob. Need to wear two layer tops to conceal. Better if you have young firm contour breasts. Will keep them for around the house or be sure to have a second over shirt

So I wanted a sports bra that would flatten the girls down a bit, to be worn with a top that looks nicer with less volume in the front. This bra does the trick perfectly! The material is also sort of a shiny spandex so it lets the top slide nicely over it and doesn’t get stuck on it, like it could with cotton. I was concerned about size, I am a B34 and small was recommended. I read other reviews and another B34 said they got a medium and it fit. So that’s what I went with and I’m glad I did. Small would’ve been too small I think. I also like that there aren’t any tags, so nothing to pick or bother you while wearing it. I can’t speak too much on the support, as I am not wearing this to work out. But the ladies seem to be held tightly in place while walking. I will be ordering this in white next!
