Perfection
This is EXACTLY what I wanted! I wear my hair up most of the time, but I get tired of ponytails and whatever it’s called when you don’t pull the pony all the way through. Sometimes I try claw clips but the big ones seem to be too big for my thinning hair and the small ones aren’t quite big enough. I’m glad I settled on this one because it is truly a game changer. It’s actually really easy to get it placed just right. I think the first time I used one, I got it a little crooked but ever since then I just twist it up, slide the clip in, and voila. 10 second hairstyle that stays in place all day unless I change my shirt and knock it loose.My hair is slightly longer than shoulder length and on the thin side. I don’t think these would work too well on hair that’s shorter than shoulder length, but it’s perfect for mine!

Comfortable
Love the fact that you can sit in car w/o your head hitting the back of the seat it’s so comfortable. The only thing wrong I would say is that the clip isn’t strong to keep hair in place for long periods of time, but if you use two clips it does.

A little small for thick hair, but can work
Based on customer photos, I thought these would work. My hair is at my shoulders and thick. If I get it just right, the clip holds my hair and holds it well. I even slept in this clip. You can definitely lay on this clip and wear it in the car without having to tip your hair forward. And it looks really cute!You just have to twist your hair up just right for this clip to hold thicker hair. Yesterday I couldn’t get it right and it kept falling out on one side. But like I said, wore it for two days previously with no slip.It’s worth trying, and I think other than those with long, very thick hair, these should work.The only downside is, it’s a clip not a claw. So it doesn’t hold on both sides. So if it’s open too wide, the grip isn’t there.I’m going to experiment more with it, it’s a keeper. I’m also going to buy another set in a different style.It’s a great value. Split it with a friend!

Fantastic! Finally a clip that holds!
All other clips I’ve tried slide around and my hair falls out in places. THIS CLIP HOLDS!! my hair is fine and down to my waste now and it holds it up all day while working fast paced job and outdoors in windy weather. They also o fit under my hat so when I have to put one on they smoothly slide under and do not feel uncomfortable at all. I forget I have it in because it is that comfortable.

These are a game changer never thought I would leave a review for hair clips, but you can lie down with these. They’re very comfortable wearing them during driving. I can put my head back without having to worry about always being hunched over. These are great.

Not great for very long hair
They are ok, good quality but I have very long hair )down to my waiste) and it does not hold my long hair well. I do like that they are flat and don’t hurt when I lean my head back against something. I think they would be great if my hair were shorter.

Which I found fair as very similar flat hair clips typically sell for around $5 and up each.They are absolutely perfect!! Made well. Look good. Best of all they actually hold up my hair! It’s almost a miracle lol. I have very (baby) fine, thin and thinning straight hair with the slightest wave when airdryed…and has no texture so it’s very slippery. So incredibly excited to have found hair clips that hold my hair in place and then stays that way all day!! Even holds perfectly when my hair is washed that day and that has never happened to me before, ever…and I’m a 47 year old lady who has always mid-long hair!! The appearance of these clips is literally the icing on the cake. Each is beautiful and unique in colour and look but all are very slight variations of each other. Lastly, one of these clips holds and stays holding a half up do. Having very little amount of hair on my head and that hair is very fine and thin, this almost blew my mind.The fact that these clips are flat has saved me from a goose egg and most likely a headache a few times. No more accidentally leaning my head back forgetting I have a normal claw clip in my hair and waking it against the back of a chair or headband or etc. The shape seems to fit the shape of my head better than any other clip because I do not get headaches if one is left in for more than 1.5 hours. The black clip is on its side, my way of trying to show the height. I have no idea why only the pinkish clip was in clear packaging but none of the others? I always wash delivery items when they arrive so not a big deal but wanted to mention it.I very highly recommend these flat hair clips.

Previously I had used the usual claw type clips and they would hurt my scalp. These are so good and lie flat on my head, so I can wear them to sleep if I feel like it. I have fairly long fine hair, and they easily hold my hair in place without having to readjust.
