Cheaply made BUT worth every penny
When I took this dress out of the package, it reminded me of those high school graduation gowns that are very cheaply made with single stitches (no reinforced stitching) and a zipper that if you pull it too hard, it might rip completely out. I was concerned that my spanx would show through the thin material, but when I put it on? Wowsers 😦! I’m not super shapely, but it hugged in all the right places and you couldn’t see the seams of my shapewear. I don’t know if it will last for more than one or 2 wearings, but if you need a nice but cheap dress for a formal event, this is it!

The “sisterhood of the traveling pants” of gowns
Was trying to find a gown for an event and it was between thos one and another similar. My daughter insisted on this one whilst I preferred the other. I got both, with the intention of sending one back (this one) but I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED at how flattering this was! I have been told that I have and “apple” body type, so it’s a challenge to find something really flattering. (I typically use the Ylanna corset/waist trainer under clothes) but THIS GOWN WAS MAGNIFICENT! it seems like it’s the “sisterhood of the traveling pants” for gowns..(meaning: it looks great on a myriad of body types.)

I actually loved this dress but had to return it because it arrived late and was also snagged in a few places. I did try it on anyway to see if I would consider ordering again in the future and I definitely would? The material is flattering and not see through. It also has some stretch. I would say it’s true to size however if you are top heavy I would consider double sided tape to keep the dress in place.

Not quite what it looks like in photo
Fabric was too thin and appeared different than photo. It was stretch material and there was no sheen to it. It clearly needed a liner beneath. Also did not hang on the shoulder correctly but would bunch and twist.

Fits as expected beautiful green
Really comfortable dress. I wear XL and got an XL which fit perfectly mostly. The only annoyance I had was the material that goes off the shoulder wouldn’t really stay down over the boob. But I’d wear it again and again. Going to get another color. It wasn’t hot or see through. It was stretchy and didn’t mess up in the washer/dryer.
