I bought this pantsuit for a wedding and recently had some surgery and was dealing with a lot of swelling in abdomin so I sized up to accommodate that. So thankful I did as outfit seems to run small . My only complaint is all the wrinkles due to packing., just seems like there should be a way to cut down on that and package better

The color is beautiful and the fit is good. I bought it for a late May wedding but it is so heavy. I will not be able to wear it , maybe a winter outing.

Good Quality for Cost; Brooch is Trash
The top and pants are an okay quality, especially for the price. The fabric is a bit different than I expected as it seems to be a thicker fiber, almost a thin canvas texture. Even so, it is soft to the touch and the shape and drape of the top is as expected. I typically run a 22W in dressy clothing but experience tells me things from non-US sellers can run small so I ordered the 24W. I was wrong this time. The top is a tiny bit baggier than I’d like and I have to roll the top band of the pants down once to get the bagginess out of the seat and crotch area. I’m about 5’ 6.5” and the length with it rolled will allow me to wear flats. The black color is a true black and there is no transparency. So this brooch, though! Ugh. It’s a nice touch but it’s pretty much garbage as you can see in the photos. It’s craft grade plastic gems in flimsy metal prong seats along with some gold seed beads loosely sewn onto some black felt with a pin hot glued to the back of it. I wasn’t expecting some high quality jewels or anything but this is embarrassingly unwearable. Bottom line is the outfit is pretty good and I’d definitely recommend it, but don’t buy it expecting a fancy brooch since you’ll probably just throw that out like I did.Edit: I wore this all evening at my niece’s wedding. I danced a ton and was moving around all night in a warm venue. I bumped my rating up from the 4 stars I initially gave to 5 stars since this held up perfectly and it was very breathable and comfortable all evening. The wrinkles from shipping and washing came right out with a medium hot steam iron. I’m very pleased with my purchase and may end up looking for more colors!

Buyer beware – sizing/fit is screwy
This would have been perfect for the wedding I am planning on attending. The color was nice and it was very cute. Unfortunately the arm holes and sleeves were so small I couldn’t even get my arms in the garment.

I ignored the negative reviews on this 2 piece set and it turned out to be a hit. I wore it to an event and I looked amazing and got lots of compliments.
