love love love
i adore this skirt. the weight is so light but still feels full and flowy, the buttons and belt are spot on and matches my style perfectly without feeling out of place. i tend to have issues finding stuff small enough for my waist without bunching or gaping, and this one (small) fits me well. it makes a swishy sound in movement, but not obnoxiously so. i’m gonna have to get more colors, i love it

Very Nice Style
I like the style, the fact that it has elastic waist in the back and you can still use the side zipper. It also has deep pockets. Always as Plus..!!!

Medium brown skirt fit as expected with nice flowing material
I ordered a Brown Medium size for my 5’4″, 150 lb frame. Fits snuggly but comfortably at higher waist. Waist band is 14.5″ across (29″ all around) without stretching and 18″ across (36″ all around) if you stretch it some without going to the extreme. Considering the other reviews, I didn’t touch the zipper – just slipped it on and off. The skirt falls to the bottom of my calf- I think this is too long. The fabric has a very slight sheen to it but not too much to make it look cheap. The material flows and falls nicely, there’s plenty of material for it to flare out quite a bit. To get the bottom to flare out fully, you’ll probably just need to add a petticoat slip unless you have a shape that encourages the flare. The belt is much narrower than the waist band, so you would see the rouching in the back. I would suggest a wider belt but the belt loops accommodate a little less than 2″.

I bought this and wore it for Easter. My son , daughter-in-law, and sons brother-in-law took me out to eat. Everyone loved how it looked on me. The material is absolutely lovely. It is soft and as light as a feather and does not wrinkle easily. I will be buying others.

Bad fabric choice for this skirt
I like the cut and style of these skirts (I bought two), but the fabric is just not right. I call them my parachute skirts because of the type of fabric used. They make so much noise swishing when I move that I feel like I’m wearing snow pants or something. So, cute skirt, just bad fabric.

Swishy but cute. True to size
The material is kind of swishy. Reminds me of 90s windbreakers, but still looks nice. The zip and belt and loops are good quality. The pockets are a plus! For reference I’m 5’4” ~185lbs . I bought an XL and it’s great.

Very cheap material
I love the fit and that it has pockets. It does have a zipper on the side but is also elastic so I didnt need to use the zipper. The zipper feels like it will break very quickly if you do use it.Now the material is very thin. Might be good for a summer piece if you do plan to buy it. The material was very wrinkly coming out the package and do to the type it is and my experience with those type of clothing the care and maintenance will be to much for me. I do not have the time to steam or iron this piece everything I want to use it. The material is also basically a pure plastic. It sounds like grocery bags swishing together. For $33 the material should not be like this. Its unlikely to stand up to everyday wear an tear for me even a day as is. I will be returning it because of that.I would love this style with a fabric that would be worth the price.I’m 5’3″ 175lbs and got a Large and it does fit quite well.

I got this skirt in 2 colours and unfortunately, one was tragically wrinkled. It’s no-iron material, so I tried hanging it and steaming the heck out of it – but nothing helped. There were deep vertical creases (from bunching up as the skirt is so wonderfully full), but also a DEEP horizontal crease 4″ up from the hem, the whole way around, because of how it had been folded/stored. Belle Poque makes beautiful things. If only they’d put a bit more attention into packaging/shipping – instead of scrunching this into a Ziploc bag. This would have been a winner, but instead it’s going back 🙁

The color of this skirt in real life is nothing like in the picture. The material feels really cheap and the belt included make of a synthetic leather smells so bad, it’s hard to describe. I returned this skirt. Super disappointing.

This is a fun skirt with a 60s poodle skirt vibe. As soon as I put it in, I wanted to twirl around in it. Super flowy, super fun and the belt is cute. Also, it is very feminine. I recommend this product.
