Glad I sized down
I ordered this dress (black) in both medium and large because a lot of people said the top was loose. They both arrived and I didn’t even try on the large (my normal size) and tried the medium. The fabric is a little stretchy so it worked great. It’s also a thicker fabric so doesn’t feel or look cheap (definitely worth the price). Measurements (inches) are 36/37 bust, 31 waist, 41 hips. I’m roughly 5’5-6” and 150 lbs. Didn’t feel constricted at all. Planning to order one in purple now that I know my size.

Absolutely gorgeous
Vibrant blue cocktail dress is simply gorgeous. The material 95% cotton with 5% spandex which makes it a little stretchy but also keeps it from shrinking when laundered. Fits true to size and the material is not thin which is a huge plus. Fun dress that is ready for anything.

small size
The dress is very pretty, made of good material. The only drawback was the sizing fits small around the waist, and the material has no stretch

Comfortable, Pretty, and Priced Right
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this on. I love the color, and the fabric feels great. It has some added inner lining in the top portion of the dress, which is nice for smoothness. I love pockets in my clothes, which are a nice depth and well hidden; I can’t tell they are there. Although it is a bit tight because of my larger chest, overall, it is comfortable and well-made, especially at this price point. I should get some use out of this dress.

Retro Vibes
I got a size L and this dress fits nicely. My measurements are 34-32-42. It’s not tight around the torso and not tight around the shoulder area. The cap sleeves allows free movement of the arms. The chest area fits just right, but if you have a bigger bust, it’s going to be tight.I love the retro style of the dress. I think it would be even flattering to have a petticoat underneath to accentuate the shape. My dress is wrinkled in the photos because I just took it out of the wash. The fabric held nicely (I washed it on regular cycle, low spin) and it did not unravel anywhere. The fabric is a bit stiff and not flowy. Also, it will get wrinkled if you keep sitting down.Best part, it has pockets! Although I don’t store anything in them, there are times when I don’t know what to do with my hands in social situations, so I just stuff them in my pockets. Helps me feel relaxed and less awkward. The burgundy color is not the same as the ad photo. Mine has more red than purple as shown. I was hoping for the darker color, but nonetheless, it’s still pretty. The neckline has a stitch that holds the folds together. I don’t know if it’s me, but I feel that that stitch is not in the middle and it drifts the midline to the left, making the dress look a bit lopsided. Also, the neckline is a bit high for my liking, just my personal preference.

Fun and Flattering
This dress is well made and fits wonderfully. I do think the bust area was a bit tighter than it should be, but I also have broad shoulders which doesn’t really help the situation. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and there are POCKETS. And I’m talking like, real pockets. I can fit my phone in it. This dress would work well with a petticoat for added volume, but that is also not necessary at all as it looks wonderful without it.

Not what I expected…
I don’t know how to say this any nicer, but this material feels like curtain fabric and it’s a little noisy. It was the first thing I noticed, and because of that it feels of less quality to me. In addition, I read in the post that this is a swing dress. From that, I imagine a skirt that fans out perpendicular to the body due to the amount of free flowing skirt material, and I love those dresses since it is so fun to spin in them. However, this skirt is only able to flare out in like a wine glass shape, so the base picture can be misleading. The other pictures show a more accurate representation of what to expect from it in terms of looks. Other than those two things, the color is bold and beautiful, it fit true to size, has pockets and has a very flattering bodice.
