So far so good. My son wanted a birthstone necklace that was masculine looking. Not sure if it’s actually his birthstone as I thought I was buying moonstone but then noticed it’s Labrodite. My son likes it so much he doesn’t care that it may not actually be a birthstone.

The necklace is surprisingly inexpensive for what looks to be quality genuine turquoise. I was skeptical due to the price, but it passed the scratch test with a steel nail and no dye comes off with acetone. Also, the surface is rough over some of the veins in it, just like it should be. The nylon cord adjusts it’s length easily and stays at that length when worn. It’s a beautiful stone.
