Great support and perfect non slip shoes
I’ve had them for a year working for Starbucks! I was slipping all over the place with regular shoes and these keep me from slipping. Im glad I have them because now we’re required to have shoes like this. They’re a little stiff at first, and the arch support is great. I’m just now getting inserts for better arch support and they’re still great

Ex-Wife Approved!
My ex-wife moved out and into a house she couldn’t afford (thanks sub-prime loan officer!) so she needed to get a second job on the weekends. At first she wanted to do UBER Eats and I advised her not to. She is a good driver, but she is Iraqi and drives like she is still dodging road side IEDs from her time working with the Americans in the war. So she took my advices and got a job with Allied Universal security. Unfortunately, she didn’t have the correct shoes for the building patrol so her feet were killing her by Monday. So I got her these. They came just in time for her next weekend shift.”They’re stiff.” She mourned, but I told her they need to broken in. Eventually they worked better for her so she wasn’t so tired. However, she just wasn’t 100% pleased with them and eventually went with all black sneakers she would switch into for her bldg patrols. So if you are doing 16 hour shifts and a ton of walking these may not be the best, but for an 8 hour shift she said this worked just fine.

Def a solid, durable, skid proof shoe for work. I work in hospitality and this is a great shoe. Yes, a bit stiff to get into but the firm support once on is fine. I can tell it will last a good while. Well made and waterproof. Good arch support.

Uncomfortable
These shoes are so uncomfortable! I ordered size 8 wide but they do not feel like they are any wider than normal. My previous pair of work shoes were also size 8 sketchers and those were fine but these rub on my pinky toes. I don’t know if these shoes run smaller in size or if it’s the way they are shaped but they do not fit properly. Of course now that I have worn them it is too late to return them so I’m now stuck with these uncomfortable shoes. I work in a restaurant and have to be on my feet for hours so it’s important that my shoes don’t hurt. Now I either have to waste the money on these and buy a new pair or stick with these and hope I can break them in to be more comfortable. Either way I wish I had not gotten these and absolutely do not recommend them!

Since I bought these, my back pain and sore feet have disappeared.I recommend it for long hours standing on your feetEdit: after one year use, they have slightly less support because the insoles are less comfy after constant use. The outsoles are still of very good for support though.
