This pull-on skirt is made of a nice crepe fabric and looks great with high boots or shoes. It is a classic piece that can be worn so many ways. For the price it’s a bargain. I’m 5’4″ and I’m happy with the length. because it’s a pull on skirt, you could probably adjust the length by pulling up or down a little. It’s very comfortable to wear. Very happy with this purchase and I’ve already worn it many times.
