This was the 11th style of bag I tried. Finally!
4.5 stars! I went through numerous backpacks and slings looking for something that was comfortable and roomy enough while being still stylish. I need it for city walking on an upcoming trip to Ireland, but would like it for some hiking days as well. Getting caught by a rough garden sprinkler at the Botanical Gardens left me soaked by this bag shedding water droplets, so it’s decently resistant. It’s roomy without being bulky and yet the egg-shaped pouch makes it possible to lie flatter when little is inside. Yet I can get still waterproof gear, a lunch, snacks, wallet, keys and phone in here. I like the Daisy-chain links along the edge to carabiner things off for hiking. I LOVE the look of it. The copper accents in the zippers and logo are classy; the way the front pocket zips close is unique. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the way it must be worn only on one side, but it has not turned out to be a problem; in fact, the neck does a subtle S-curve over the shoulder to make it more comfy. i definitely love the ability to tighten it to my back as close as I want and instantly release it to swivel it around and dig inside; many other bags did not have a dangling end strap but a loop that made it impossible to carry even on the shortest setting as a small boned, short woman. It’s a full liter larger than the more expensive Patagonia sling, but more comfortable on my frame and looks more refined for city use. The front pocket is fleece lined for delicate items like a phone. The rear pocket is flat for a small tablet or Kindle. In a pinch (while visiting a museum), I was able to stuff my 24 oz water bottle with paracord handle inside the main middle pocket with my wallet and extras and wear the pack on my chest with little distraction. Minuses is mainly that the double-backed way the strap pocket netting is sewn — it does not allow for an iphone in a thin case to be put inside, although technically there should be enough room. Have to stick to chapstick and tissues there, unfortunately. I also wish the middle pocket’s zippered partition went the full length of the bag; it’s diagonal zipper space only goes down, not up behind the netting. There is no key attachment. Still, after using this for 2 weeks, I have decided to keep it and cut off the tag. It has replaced my old Baggalini messenger purse for my favorite tote.

Well made and nice size.
This is a perfect size for a daily sling bag for my wife. Volume is listed as 9L. She’s had a couple different brands over the last few years and she likes this one the best mostly because it hits the sweet spot for size. It works well as a purse for running around town and as a sling bag when taking a walk in the woods. She can keep her essentials as well as a few EDC items she carries. She likes how the pockets are all oriented so she can have more than one open and not worried that things will spill out of one of the pockets too.

Perfect bag.
I love this bag. I use it for daily use as well as for more formal events. There is plenty of space. Only downside is that I wish there was a smaller space for iPhone.
