Better than shown!
I ordered this for my in laws 50th anniversary less than a week before the event and I tried it on the day before. It fit like a glove with enough stretch to move. And all the other reviews were right it was even better in person !! And the adjustable zip was genius made it perfect for church and then later for the dinner and event. Don’t hesitate buy it! I don’t prefer to post pics of myself in public sites but making an exception this time.

Good and bad
Nice long length and would be pretty for a wedding – MOB, bridesmaids, etc. The little flowers on the top kind of “stick up” in areas that I didn’t care for but had I kept it, they likely could have been ironed down. Just wish the fabric would have been better quality so the pretty design of the dress would have more structure instead of being kind of flimsy.

Fit is incredibly good. Fabric is study. I love the “modesty” zipper. I haven’t worn it a ton so I can’t speak to the longevity yet, but so far, wonderful.

BUY THIS DRESS!!
I am 5’7 about 190 – 195lbs, 40 D, measurements are 43-39-46 (mommy of two!) and the XL fit perfectly!! I am ordering more of these…my fiance and I are eloping and I was so afraid that this dress wouldn’t fit, but it is literally so perfect. The fabric is soft and stretchy, not constricting at all. I was trying it on with my toddlers running around and was still able to bend down, squat down, move freely and comfortably. I would say that if you have a smaller chest, you may need to take the top part in some or simply order a smaller size. I even still have comfortable breathing room on top in this dress. I noticed some reviews said the top was big and it certainly would be if you are smaller on top, the bottom is snug but flattering, not too tight. So, if you are close to my measurements on bottom but smaller on top, a L would work perfectly! My one complaint is that the length is just a tad too short, not horribly so, but its definitely a few inches above my ankle; so, if you are taller, just know the length could potentially be off…like i said, 100% not a deterrent and I love this dress, but it won’t be covering your shoes…the zipper slit is amazing as well!! =) Hope this helps someone!

Not as advertised
The delivery was quicker than expected for this item. However, the purple color does not match the photo and is not as pretty. It was a dull lighter purple. I am 5’ 8”, ordered a large it is waaayyy too short! I am a 36DD and the bust was snug but not uncomfortable but was form fitting everywhere else. It is advertised that the slit has a zipper and there wasn’t a zipper at all! The quality of the material is mediocre. It bunches in the hips and rides up. I felt like I had to keep pulling it down and I was just trying it on! I don’t know if it is just this particular dress that wasn’t very good quality cause the price was cheaper than the others. I am very disappointed as it looks beautiful in the picture and had the dress had good reviews.

This is a beautiful dress. But the fabric reminded me of the mother of the bride. Being that I was going to a wedding and not the mother of the bride, I opted to return it.

Gorgeous dress, lovely material but I’ve had to return and buy a smaller size even after measuring myself and following their size chart so if in doubt order the smaller size as there is a really good stretch in it which you need to allow the dress to sit properly.
