I was in a pinch and I really needed some sort of shawl or cover-up for a special event. So I ordered this not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s lightweight and soft and can work well for casual as well as more formal environments. I used it as a shawl over my nice dress and it worked perfectly.

It’s actually a cheap looking scarf
I thought this would be perfect for adding some modesty to spaghetti strap dresses. I was rather disappointed upon receiving it. This isn’t a shawl, it’s a scarf. It also has a strange seam midway, which also has a small see through area. I won’t feel classy wearing this

Not at ALL what I thought I was ordering. This is like a scrap piece of fabric that someone put a tag on. There are holes in the material and it’s so small that it won’t even cover my shoulders like I was hoping. The quality is absolutely trash, I don’t want to even give it one star. Just so so terrible.

Not as light as chiffon but it’s a great material
Not as much as a shawl as much as a SCARF, which I will use diligently because I **adore** this shade of green. The material is not at all see through but is still light and fluffy. I would NOT call this chiffon. You can definitely work this in as a shawl with an evening dress if you’d like but it is on the plain side, and does not have that shimmery trim like the first picture showed.Having said that, I wasn’t planning on wearing this with anything but sweater and jeans, and this will work very nicely with that kind of pairing.
