Buy them!
Love these! I live with pretty serious chronic back pain and shoes are a serious business for me. I walk a trail with my dog every morning and come to find out that trail shoes have pretty much zero arch support. These fixed that. Great pain relief! I bought another pair and brought a pair of running shoes back to life by replacing the 6 month old original insoles that were no longer helping me too. All you have to do is cut these to size and they fit great, and give good cushioning and arch support. I’ve had no problems with my feet slipping and they’re cheap enough that even if they don’t last very long, I think they’re still a better deal than the $50+ insoles

Great value for price and very comfy
Very comfy- these were bought to fix some boots where the sole it was built with caused me ankle pain and didn’t feel right for my feet. The price is great for the value received. Easy enough to cut to correct size and install. Bought my husband a pair as well and he is impressed. These say they are for men but they also work for women with larger feet- my feet are size 11 in women’s and these insoles worked wonderfully.

Good inserts!
My podiatrist recommended gel inserts. These were a good affordable option. Very easy to cut using the original insole as a pattern. they do a great job providing additional cushion in my shoe.

Best Insoles Available
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!I purchased these insoles because I am in my mid-50’s and just started a job as a server (waitress). My feet, legs, and back were making me think that I should have gotten a sitting job. I installed these insole and my feet and legs quit hurting, along with my back.

Not enough gel or cushioning
Not enough gel or cushioning, the heel is possibly adequate but from the heel forward it is barely more than what comes standard in any sneaker. These are definitely thinner and more cheaply made than they were in the past.

Best inserts I’ve found for bad knees & achy feet!
These are a game changer for me! I’m old as dirt, working in a large warehouse environment as a cashier. Standing on concrete all day is rough & by the end of a shift my knees & bottom of my feet are screaming in pain. I’ve tried every imaginable insert but found these on Amazon so thought I would give them a try. Put them in my old ratty shoes I’ve been wearing for months & almost immediately I could tell a difference. I just bought a new pair of sneakers, but the fancy inserts that came with the shoes were not comfortable, so I took these out of the old shoes and wow, what a difference! They are not going to be a miracle cure, but I’m finding much less pain in my knees & bottom of my feet than before. For the money, I definitely recommend trying!
